1. Introduction

Scattered Labs LLC is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy applies to all applications, websites, and related services operated by Scattered Labs LLC, including TicketDraft, ScreenIt, and other current or future offerings.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

We may collect personal information you voluntarily provide when you create an account, contact us for support, participate in surveys or promotions, submit content, or communicate with us.

Information We Automatically Collect

• Device information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
• Usage information such as pages visited, session activity, clicks, and access times.
• Cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies.
• Location information if you enable location services.

Install Attribution

When you first open one of our apps, we use Apple's AdServices framework to ask Apple whether the install came from one of our own Apple Search Ads advertisements. For every install we record an acquisition source of either "apple_search_ads" or "organic". Where the install is attributed to one of our advertisements, we also record the campaign, ad group, keyword, and ad identifiers Apple assigns to it, the conversion type, the country or region of the ad click, and the date of the click. This check runs once per install.

This does not collect the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) or any device identifier, and it does not follow you across other companies' apps or websites. Because Apple provides this information to us about our own advertisements, it is not tracking as defined by Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, and you will not see a tracking permission prompt for it.

Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from third-party sources such as social media platforms, business partners, and analytics providers including Google Analytics and Pendo.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, maintain, improve, personalize, and expand our services.
• Communicate with you about support, updates, marketing, and promotions.
• Process transactions and manage orders.
• Send text messages and push notifications.
• Measure how well our advertising works — for example, comparing whether people who install an app after seeing one of our advertisements go on to keep using it and subscribe at similar rates to people who found it on their own. We do not use this information to target advertising to you or to build a profile about you.
• Protect security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing Your Information

We may share information with service providers, business partners, analytics providers, during business transfers, when legally required, or with your consent. Our product analytics provider, PostHog, processes app usage and install attribution data on our behalf and under our instructions; install attribution data is associated with your user profile in that service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Security and Retention

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. We retain personal information as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy unless a longer retention period is required by law.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You may request access, correction, portability, opt-out from marketing communications, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal obligations. Contact privacy@scatteredlabsapps.com to make a request.

7. SMS Authentication and Verification

When you sign in, you may enter your mobile number and tap "Send code" to receive a one-time password by SMS for login verification. We use SMS only for authentication and account security. Message frequency varies based on your login attempts. Message and data rates may apply.
